…would be a lot more fun if I didn’t have the sad spring cold that is making its way around (no I don’t have swine flu fellow metro rider who looks horrified when I cough on the bus!) If I was fully functioning I would make these amazing looking margarita cupcakes to go with a Champagne Margarita & enjoy the day…I guess it will just have to be margarita tuesday next week!
